We want you to love your jewelry. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased from BLING ICE INC..
1. Return Window
Eligible retail items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. Items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom and personalized pieces, engraved items, and final-sale items are non-returnable, as they are made to order. Wholesale orders are governed by the terms of the applicable purchase agreement.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact info@blinginc.site with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for secure, insured return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges & Repairs
We are happy to assist with exchanges for eligible items and offer repair services for manufacturing defects. Contact our team to arrange.
